First Choice Dental Down Payments Terms and Conditions

In these Terms, we refer to First Choice Dental Pty Ltd (ABN 42488954548). This document outlines the principles that govern your down payments.

1. Down payments are non-refundable unless a minimum of 72 hours’ notice is provided prior to the scheduled appointment.

2. In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or family emergencies, refunds may be issued at the discretion of First Choice Dental.

3. Down payments can be applied to either the same appointment or a different appointment if the client decides to change their scheduled appointment.
