New Patient – what to expect
We understand that visiting a new dentist (or any dentist!) can be daunting which is why we’ve put together the information below of what you can expect on your first visit with us.
New Patient Process
One of our friendly staff members will greet you and then help you to check in and fill out a medical history form so we can get to know you a little better.
Once you’re all done, our hygienist and therapist Hadel will take you through to your appointment where you’ll have x-rays taken so we can get a better view of what’s going on inside your mouth, with your teeth and jaw depends on what you are here for.
We usually take a few photos of your teeth that we will look at together.
Once the information are gathered, you’ll be ready to meet the dentist . who will have a good look at your teeth, x-rays and photos and let you know what’s going on inside your mouth.
We don’t expect you to take everything in on your first visit or make any decisions unless you are in pain. We’d love to make uncrushed decisions.. We invite you to ask as many questions as you desire and be in touch to discuss your options in more detail so you can make the decision that’s right for you.
