The complimentary consultation is a preliminary appointment only.
It includes an assessment of Invisalign suitability and a discussion of treatment options.
Diagnostic records (X‑rays, photos, digital scans) are not included unless stated.
A full treatment plan and exact fees can only be provided after a comprehensive dental examination.
Suitability for Invisalign is determined by the treating clinician.

Payment plans are provided through third‑party finance providers.
Eligibility is subject to the provider’s approval criteria.
Setup fees, account fees, or minimum deposits may apply.
Approval for a payment plan does not guarantee suitability for any specific treatment.
Patients are responsible for all repayments under the finance agreement.

Superannuation Access for Dental Treatment – Terms & Conditions (Including SuperCare)

Early access to superannuation for dental treatment is managed through the ATO Compassionate Release of Super program.
Approval is not guaranteed and is determined solely by the ATO.
Patients may choose to apply independently or use a third‑party facilitator such as SuperCare.
SuperCare is an independent service provider and is not part of the clinic. Any fees charged by SuperCare are the patient’s responsibility.
The clinic can provide supporting documentation (treatment plan, item numbers, clinical notes) but cannot influence, expedite, or guarantee approval.
Treatment cannot commence until funds are received unless alternative payment arrangements are made.

Tax & Retirement Considerations

Early release of superannuation may have tax implications depending on individual circumstances.
Accessing superannuation early will reduce the balance available for retirement, which may affect long‑term financial outcomes.
Patients are encouraged to seek independent financial advice before proceeding.
